Tunze Turbelle Electric Pump

My alarm keeps going off and there is no obstruction in the impeller. What do you think is causing this? If the o-ring comes loose, will this cause an alarm? I'm so frustrated!!

What oring? At the top of this forum is a walk through of how to clean the pump. The only oring should be at the bottom of the upper bearing. If you need a copy of the manual I can email you one.
