I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Roger. I sent in my Osmolator to Tunze USA, when it should have gone to Tunze Canada. It was a warranty issue and he fixed it for me, at no additional cost, save the postage, even though there was no profit built in for him on this sale; I did offer to pay for labour but he did not charge me. Excellent product is diminished by poor service and enhanced by good and Roger and Tunze USA have reinforced my choice of Tunze, as a brand worth paying for. It is back up and running.
