I bought a rinse 4608 wave box and I get get it to set up a bigger wave than one inch. I have a 72 gallon bowfront. Ive tried the auto adjust and it doesn't seem like there much of a differences between waves
Bowfront aquariums are not really a good shape to sustain a proper standing wave. Because there's more water volume in the middle of the tank than on the two ends, the wave will have a sloshing effect as these volume differences equalize for each wave cycle.
But you should definitely be able to get some good movement for the frogspawn. I'd try repositioning the Wavebox in the tank, try both back corners and try with the outlet facing forwards and also facing down the length of the tank. Much depends on how your rock is arranged, so experimenting is needed. If you want to post a picture I might be able to give more specific advice.
Use the Auto Adjust function to find the right 'ballpark' for the timing. When you see a good amount of wave movement, take it out of Auto Adjust mode and then use the +- keys to fine tune the wave from there. Push the +or- only once at a time and observe for several seconds before pushing one again.
Ok, that height should be good. And you won't see any difference between the different jumpers until you get the box properly located and timed.
Is that it in the back left corner? If so, try rotating it so the opening faces the front pane. (If it's already facing the front pane, then rotate 90 degrees so it's facing/pointing down the length of the tank.) It might help to turn off any other flow while using Auto Adjust.
