tunze6100 stop sping every 2min??

my 6100 keep stop and restart every 2 min or so
what can i do to make the pump stop doing that?? thanks alot,,

Have you recently changed the drive unit? Have you cleaned it, paying attention to the upper bearing and oring?

just clean it with vingar ,,,never change the drive unit,, can i just send it in so you can take a look Roger,,,thansk

Please first try removing the drive unit and following the stickied thread at the top of this forum. If the pump only needs cleaning we charge $25. You are welcome to send it in, but I suspect all that is wrong is the magnet is cemented to the upper bearing.
