Hi all,

I want to give Roger a huge gold star for the help he has given me regarding my 9010 skimmer.

He very patiently led my to understand that I did not have the unit properly set-up. After several e-mails and PM's, he told me how to correct the situation and get the skimmer working as it should. His prompt attention to my dilemma was greatly appreciated.

My conclusion...The quality of the Tunze products is exceeded only by the customer service.

Tunze is more than an aquarium product company. They are a company that has produced "branding". For example, when you think of The Four Seasons, you have a completely different thought process than thinking of Holiday Inn. Certainly Holiday Inn is a nice place to stay, but whey you are a guest at the Four Seasons, there are standards that have been set and are attempted to be exceeded.

Tunze is the Four Seasons of the aquarium world. Certainly any mechanical/electrical device can fail. Roger goes out of his way to assist you if it does. Another reason to use Tunze products. I personally wouldn't use any other.
