Turbelle 240.04 / 7240.27 dead

Hi,
My turbelle 240.04 / controller 7240.27 stopped working. The controller beeps continously and the pump wont run. Axel is clean and free to move. The pump gets power, since it resists turning, when it is on.

When I removed brake shoes from the axel, pump keeps limping to the wrong direction. Even if helpped with hand it wont start rotating to the correct direction.

What do you think is the problem in the pump or in the controller? I could test both with another pump / controller but I fear that I might damage the working pump / controller.

Thanks in advance

If you get no alarm my guess is the driver is the problem. I think you can safely test your pump on another driver for a short time to be sure. It is possible but rare for a pump to ruin a driver in a short test.

Thanks for the reply.

I ment with the "The controller beeps continously" that the controller sounds the alarm continously. The alarm stops if turn the pump by hand.

Sorry, I missed that. OK, so likely then it is the motor block which is better news as it is cheaper. I don't think you can get 0240.015 motor block anymore but the 7240.015 is a suitable replacement. Usually if there is no alarm the driver is bad, if you get only an alarm the pump is bad.
