Turbelle 6100 stopped working

Hi!
I've had my 2 Turbelle stream 6100 and a multi-controller for almost a year and one has recently stopped working---to the great joy of my starry blenny who immediately took up residence inside it!!!
Anyway, I've taken it apart and soaked it in vinegar and given it a good clean but it still doesn't work---the thing is it seems to work for a millisecond when the power is switched on but then stops and the alarm starts up....
Any suggestions? Or am I just going to have to take it back to the shop?

Hi,
It sounds like the pump motor is fine, but a problem trying to the power through the driver box and transformer. I suggest you to run the 7410.602 transfomer with the other pump , then the same for the 7240.270 driver box. So you know exactly which part isn't working. Then you know what to get from the shop. Also check with the shop about warranty replacement. Normally TUNZE has 24 months warranty, but may differ from country to country.
