I have a turbelle and the alarm went off last night. SO Today I tried to take it apart to clean but the impeller is stuck in the motor unit. How do I remove the impeller??
You can send it in and I can do it for you. You can also try soaking it in vinegar for a couple days and then pulling hard on the drive unit and it may come out.
