I plan on adding a few Turbo Snails to my 10g FOWLR, and I was wondering if I would have to add calcium to the water to promote the growth of its shell?

Do you make your own sea water or buy it from the ifs?If you make your own then you are fine (artificial salt has added minerals and vitamins for the water) don't worry about it. The If's probably use salt mixes also so if you get the water from them ask them what they use and if it contains calcium.

I keep two in a 24 nano. I do a water change once or twice weekly sometimes if I am really busy...lol...or just happen to forget after a week's time I will dose a little bit to keep it around 350-400 I usually try to aim around 450 but with two clams (Dersa and Max) the cal levels drop very fast!
