Turbo snails

I got to Turbo snails yesterday along with to blue legged hermits and a Margarita snail.. my turbos haven't moved since I put them in there my crabs have moved into the rocks and haven't moved what's up?

Thats normal. Sometimes for the first 24 hrs. they will move like half an inch after being added.. and then they just sit there. My mexican turbo took 3 days before he relocated (and when he finally did, ended up on my floor...)

I agree with the above, but you might want to give them a poke just in case. If there's no resistance, they might be dead.

So it normal for them nit to move for alittle bit? I guess that makes sense my damsels didn't move around very much the first week I had them now they are all over the place its still a pretty new tank

Mithrax will have a death grip to rocks. Usually easy to frighten.

I never really paid attention to my blue leg hermits to notice behavior... if you see their little antennas and feelers moving around it's fine.

Yea they are its my Turbo snails that worry me I'm wondering if its the salinity the pet stores is .022 mines around .025-.026

It has been only a day ill give them acouple days before I worry to much

They are fine, just wait it out for a few days and they will jump into action.

I think these snails in particular are "broadcast spawners," so do light the cigar just yet...
