Turbo snails

Got two of em. That come out of shell but don't move anywhere. Any idea

Mine don't seem to do much. They stay in their shell but I rarely see them move.

They're nocturnal. The only time I see them move is when I wake up in the middle of the night

5 days now. And even at night they don't move

Mine will do that's some times.
Not more for a few days. Then they are non stop for a week.
Also, make sure you have plenty of the algae they eat.
I've had clean tanks and starved many snails.

I had the same issue few months back. Bought some snails and crabs, acclimate and into the display. Snails refuse to move, crabs into hiding. All dead in few days. I was asked by fellow reefer whether i used any insectide sprays and yes, i do. Made 50% water change, and a carbon air filter for my skimmer. No more issue. Skimmer pulls in a lot of air, including contaminants that will accumulate in the water after some time.
