Twisted anemone help

I just noticed that my anemone has twisted itself around 2 or so times. It doesn't seem to be bothering it now, just concerned. Any experience or advice? Thanks

I am assuming a BTA? This is fairly common, and they never seem to suffer any ill effects. Usually they untwist from time to time and twist back up without ever showing signs of discomfort.
