twitching wrasse

Several weeks ago I got a pair of clownfish, yellow coris wrasse, and pajama cardinal. They are currently in a hypo salinity qt tank just as a prophylactic treatment. I am also treating them with prazipro. Based on outer appearance, all of them look healthy. They all have huge appetites as well. The only thing that is concerning me is the yellow coris wrasse. After a week or so it had gotten more and more bolder. And recently, I noticed the wrasse occasionally twitching, darting, and flashing at the pvc and bottom. When it twitches it looks like he has a seizure, he shakes his tail a lot. What is happening? I do have another qt, should I separate and put him in there if its necessary?

Edit; I will post a video on YouTube so you can see

The tail shaking doesn't look abnormal to me, but the flashing definitely makes it look like he's irritated by something. How low do you have the salinity?

I'd keep an eye out for respiratory distress.

The salinity is at 1.009. This is the recommended level. I also saw the wrasse shaking his head and whole body as well. He is definitely irritated, but I don't know why. It sounds more like flukes based on symptoms.

If you don't see a response to the prazi, you could try an FWD. For prazi, I like to do 4 treatments 5 days apart. I know you can usually get by with 2 or 3, but given how mild the drug is, I'd rather be too cautious than not cautious enough.

I will try that, thanks.
