Two Clarkii trouble

Scuba dude

New member
Well there isn't much to tell and I know I was dumb doing this but couldn't help it. I bought a Clarkii clown about a year ago and it is settle and living happily in my 80g display tank, but recently they had some African Clarkii clowns and I fell inlove with them, I bought one with the hope that they won't fight. Well they did so I rather removed the new one and placed him in my refugium. He will be fine in there as it is a30g, but I would love for him to be in the display.

Any help on a way to achieve this or advice what to do will be greatly appriciated.
Thanks,

they need to be separated but together, get a breeder basket or make a egg crate cage and keep it in there for a few weeks, they can interact and learn there places without harm.

Thanks will definitly try the breeder basket. Should it be one of those that floats freely in the tank or the ones the stick to the glass?
Really appriciates the help.

Thanks alot I actually have a box kinda like that... it was intended for housing some macro algea. it is made of glass and has alot of tiny holes... it opens with a lid on top but it is ment to sink to the bottom. Just wondering if this might work?
Thanks for the replies it is greatly appriciated.
