Two fishes dead - Nano Tunze 6045

I lost two fishes today, they was sucked

The power was off in my house today.

When I back to the work, I saw that the nano tunze was sucking water and not pushing

I´m from Brazil, and I bougth this pump in premium aquatics

Hi Denadai,

I am sorry to hear about your loss, I have seen the Nanostreams run backwards and the suction is not enough to cause injure to fish if the screens are attached.
Maybe the fish were not well because of no electric.
Was the electric off for sometime to reduce water quality and cause distress to the fish?

The power was off just for a few minutes in the morning

I lost two green chromis, they was very small

The problem is that I have to turn on and off five times the power to the tunze push the water again......this is not normal.....and the problem is that I can´t fix this pump

If you have another pump try the other impellor and check that the washer is in place at the bottom of the shaft if this issue persists warranty will cover this and you can return to PA or Tunze USA under warranty.
