UA Update?

Chris or anyone....when will UA be closed and where is it moving to and when will it re-open??? Is this information available somewhere else? Sorry to bother everyone.

Already closed. It's moving to Daleville, right across the street from Lord Botetourt High School (about 1 mile off I-81 exit 150) and is re-opening Oct. 1.

That is a sad thing for me.......... with a baby due in 5 weeks I won't be makiung that trip anytime soon.....boo hoo. I liked having a kick a$$ LFS...... back to online ordering I guess.........

Hey Ade let me know when you are ordering again....or Eric we can do an order and minimize the shipping sometime.....

Still nothing beats a $5 or $10 frag........

UA won't be that far away .. Still be worth the ride .. Supposed to be better even ...

I will be ordering from Fosters and smith in the next week ... And I think Ade was going to try to put together an order from Dr. Mac's a few weeks ago but I dont think we had enough interest from the club ....

We'll be closed until October SECOND which is a Tuesday. I messed up and told a few people the wrong date.

Daleville is actually closer to Roanoke depending on where you are coming from. It's just in the opposite direction.

Just wanted to say thanks to Chris!!! and to let everyone know that

THE NEW STORE IS BAD-A$$

(well almost.....he he he! Get to work Chris!!)

Seriously though. He's going to have a lot more room and tanks and I retract my statement of it being far for Roanokers. I'd rather go there than mess with all the Salem stoplights and mess. And plus Chris is just a good guy...the hell with ordering..I'm waiting for the store to open!!!!

UA is open as of today. It is going to be very cool. Chris has a lot more space and tanks than at the old location. He doesn't have a ton of corals at the moment, but said that he hoped to have a lot more stuff moved over by the weekend. For those that are further away it will definitely be worth the extra few miles from the old location.

So where exactly is it ? This afternoon I circled around the area opposite LB High School a couple of times, but could not find it. Any landmarks, like next to the Pizza place or bank, or something like that ?

its right across the street from LBHS. Its in the same complex as Lil Cucci's and Shooters Discount.

Guess my "fish finder" was not working ? I went into that lot, bounced across the area where the parking lot was ripped up and came around again.

LOL i stopped by there today and was driving all over the parking lot looking for it and didn't see it. So i just parked and got out of my car and there it was. Right beside the little dance studio.

It under the Edward Jones financial sign on the righ side of the building that is parallel with the road..... I think. I'm going to try and get out there on Saturday!
