Time to start a new one

Fragged these today, Steve Elias Stag

This is what was left of original colony (Low center), got 6 nice frags for the frag rack and 3 new starts plus this stump in the reef. As before the Bi-Color is looking for stress slime. Most of my corals keep the outer polyps short during day, only opening the inside ones full, but I love that Angel. Had one Bi-color about 15 years this ones about two.

Can you see the growth of the polyps where the cuts were? This acro gets almost totally blue with brown polyps, really cool looking, nicer then the Blue Tip Stags.

Fragged one of the Torts and Blue Tipped Stag, both are ORA. The Tort is about 3 1/2" , Stag about 3". Right now I have the system set for rapid growth, will be adjusting to get knock out colors probably next month. Will also induce more branching on some. I am thinking of grafting a Bennet Tort on a ORA Tort to see if there is any difference in color and skeleton just for fun.
