I have a 2.5 gallon nano with a conch, a high fin goby and a pistol shrimp. I've recently noticed a bunch of little white creatures with antennae crawling on the glass. I've attempted several times to get a clear picture, but have failed miserably (I just can't get the camera to focus on something that tiny). I don't think they are copepods as they move too fast. They shuffle pretty quickly across the glass.
So, about a day after I discovered the new visitors in my tank I noticed that my conch was laying eggs. So, here's the question: is it possible the visitors are conch fry? If so, should I make an attempt at raising them? If not, any idea what they could be?
