Ugh. Rbta in powerhead. What to do?

The pic pretty much explains it. Its not dead it was actually pretty happy and fully inflated up on the ph. I took the ph off it's peg and put it against the rock the nem has called home for the past couple of weeks. Hopefully it will climb off the ph and back on to the rock. Any suggestions on how to coerce it back to the rock? A little bit of it's foot is stuck in the powerhead but it's not damaged. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1306552711.262132.jpg

Give it time, and it'll come out on it's own. Take this as a warning that the powerhead didn't shred your nem, and cover your powerheads! It's not hard, and it'll save you from potential total disaster if it walks again and gets shredded.

On a side note, how long has your tank been up? It looks pretty new from your picture. If conditions aren't being met for the anemone in some manner (tough to do with new tanks), the likelihood is high for another "walk".

The "tank" is relatively new. It's been up and running since early Feb. I used 30lb's of LR from my other tank and the new looking rocks you see in there and the sand were cycling since November. I keep my tanks very clean so that's maybe why you don't see much algae or anything like that in the pic. Coraline struggles due to the 250w halide. Conditions and params are spot on and I have found my sweet spot for dosing. I am heavy on sps so I am extremely meticulous with my parameters. I'm not new to the salt game by any means and I wouldn't have put a nem in there if I didn't think the tank was ready for it. Hell, I wouldn't have put my favorite acro's in there either. I just never saw the nem walk as far as he has. the first day he walked around a little and found a nice little crevice to plant his foot in and hasn't moved since. I'm pretty sure all this is from leaving the timer on.

Edit: He found his way out of the PH, he didn't find his way out unscathed though. He has a little 1/4" area that was shredded but he looks to be doing ok. He is semi inflated already and back to his normal spot.

I have three 250w halides and coraline growth everywhere. Everywhere as in the rocks the sand the glass the pumps even the poor snails. Once it gets a foothold in the tank theres no stopping it lol
