un-pairing clowns and anenome splitting

I have two tomato clowns in a 61 gallon tank. They haven't paired off yet. When i got the fish, they were the same size, but now, the dominant one has gotten bigger and darker. The smaller one sleeps in the corner of the tank while the big one sleeps in my Bulb Tenticle anenome.

My BTA is almost finished splitting, should i put one of the anenomes near where the smaller fish sleeps. I am afraid if i do that, that the two clowns won't pair off.

What should i do?
