Unable to attend? Please read this!!!

Carlos made a comment in the meeting thread that he didn't necessarily want to be pres, but would like to help, yet is unable to attend. So I figured let's try this:

If you cannot make the meeting but are interested in being of service to the club could you please chime in and maybe say what position you would be ok with taking?

I just want ANYONE who wants to be involved have that opportunity regardless if they can't make the meeting this Saturday.

Now, not everyone at once. One at a time lol...

I believe secretary and treasurer are the normal BOD type positions for most non profits, clubs, associations, etc

I will contact someone and attempt to get a job title as it relates to this club....thanks!

That is correct President VP and Treasurer. I have been the Treasurer for a long time. If someone wants to take over that's fine with me.

Oh man. I'm so sorry to hear bob.

Honestly, it's so hard to find a treasurer that everyone trusts, if you're good with continuing on, I will gladly ask the group to keep you on. I think some continuity would be helpful.

Sure that's fine. It's not a real big Funeral Deal. It's my childhood Pedatrician who was our next door neighbor growing up. I hadn't scene them sense the last parent's friends funeral. It's just a real good opportunity to say good bye and hello to a bunch of people who have known me sense I was a kid. It was my mom who said " It's a good opportunity to see a lot of people you don't see anymore" Kinda sureal when you think about it.

Is that too much sharing on social media? Owe well!

I cannot make it today, my nephews baseball game is at the same time. I don't want to hold any position in the club but am willing to help out any way needed in the future. I would like the club to continue on and flourish. We have plenty of reefers around this area and if we build the right club it would be awesome.
