uncured epoxy and clams death?

While installing new corals I told my brother to get me the epoxy and he didnt know its supposed to be mixed and he gave me the pink part. So I ended up using the unmixed epoxy. The water is cloudier than usual but I didnt think much of it. That night I saw the skunk cleaner shrimp hanging around my big crocea clam and I thought maybe he's just doing his regular cleaning. An hour later I come back and see he's still there. When I look carefully I actually see him poke his legs into the clams's filter hole and ripping pieces from it. After 5 mins I shooed him away and put a ziploc bag with vent holes to cover the clam.
I think my clam is a gonner :(

id say if the clam didnt close up when the shrimp was ripping pieces from it, ya its a goner

sorry for the loss

I am sorry to hear that. That really is a drag. Were there any other deaths related to it? Have you done a big water change? Hope you are able to get it sorted out, but I agree, if the clam didn't slam shut on your shrimp I would say the clam is pretty much gone.
