Under these lights?

I recently upgraded from 2x54 t5's to 4x54 t5's and want to know how far can i go with keeping an Anemone? I really wanted a carpet but not sure if they will do well. If not carpet, whats the one i can go with which will do well under the lights.

Please let me know from personal experience.

I have a 55gal reef.

I have a carpet in my 55 w/ 4x54 T5's all with individual reflectors and all overdriven. I have had it going on 3 months now. It has moved from the sand/rock location where I had it after 2 months to up on the rocks, so I am probably pushing the limits with the lighting.

I am currently setting-up a 90 for it and will run 6x54 T5's and I have decided to try my hand at some LED's. I am going to supplement my T5's with the LED's and will run 2 stips of 12 LED's with whites and blues. I am going to hook these up to my Profilux and make them dimmable. Ask me after x-mas how this lighting is working with the NEM.
