UNDULATED TRIGGER is a big CHICKEN

Is it normal for these fish to be afraid of everything? It will be swimming out in the tank I walk up to the tank and it's gone hiding under the rock work or behind a rock in the tank.


It's the biggest fish in My tank as of right know, I have 4 damsels, a small true perc clown and this big chicken of a fish. The damsels are about 1-1 1/2 " the clown fish is about the same size and the undulated trigger is about 3-4".

Does anyone have any experience with this types of trigger? I'm about to
get rid of it I hate P--sys!

Is it a new fish? Sometimes new fish can be shy. But I gaurantee you one dat that your undulated trigger will be one day the king of your tank. Then you really will be wondering what to do with it.

Give it time like coralfarmer said. I have a tiny one now so it will take him a bit longer, but he'll be eating tankmates before you know it :thumbsup:

That fish is just messing with you northbay707 its waiting for you to put your hand in front of it's mouth ... anyway, am getitng rid of my damsels 2 yellow and 1 deep purple do you want them ? call me if you are interested. They are free

oK, I'll give it some time. I had My hands all up in it's face lastnight try'n to catch the Damsels that I had in the tank with it. Same thing hiding behind the rock work! That might be becaus of the net though?

It's starting to come around it's chasing things now in the tank, mostly
the HUMA HUMA thats in there with it.

The HUMA ate a damsel the other night which was sort of funny, due to it spitting out a long stringy part looked like it's back then sucking it back up in it's mouth and then again with the spitting out. It did that for about 1-2 hours. Then it was all gone.

Tom, The Damsels lasted maybe 5min total with My EEl. The yellows went frist and the purple one went a couple of mins. later. The purple one lasted about 4-5 Mins. that was it.

At least I got to see which was a plus for Me:eek1: not My wife or lil' Girl though she Mad at "Pancho" right know.

Thanks though for the fish and the rock.It wasn't even feeding Night thats tomorrow night,but I'm not feeding know tomorrow night.:lol:
