undulated trigger

Hello All, I have a Undy that I am in need of getting rid of. She is about 3 1/2 4 inchs long and of course eats like a pig. The only reason I am giving her up is because I just bought a 120 gallon and have no place to set it up. So this tank must come down. I will give her up for free, pick up only.

Wish she was reef safe. I googled the fish and if it looks like the pictures its a beautiful fish. I may have a friend that would want it he has a 55 gallon now and he lives off 42 st in desMoines behind the fire station right their off the interstate. He has been into salt water for a few years now. Between him and his little bro they have had 3. 125 gallon tanks set up both had to take them down to move from parents house. But they had a 125 reef, a 125 shark and stringay baby of both they planned on bigger tank when they grew. and 125 gal aggressive tank. So it would go to a good home. Let me know if your interested and i will let you know if he is. :fish1:

That’s not at all to far from me. I would meet if they want her. She is a very pretty and a 55 gallon would suite her for the rest of her life. The only thing is, that you really can’t put any other fish with her. Undy's are very mean, I have placed damsels with her, and they don’t last more than a week tops. She even eat a long spine urchin too lol. I really just need to find her a home; I have everything I need to setup my new tank, but can’t move forward with her tank still setup. Please let me know if your friend would like her.

Well i talked to him on my lunch break he actully has one. But he has his in with a few damsels and a couple other fish he mentioned. I guess his is fine right now with the other fish but he was still interested and said he wanted it he liked the idea of having two roam around the tank do you think they would be fine together?

Hey just wanted to say thanks again. The people i gave the undulated to love the fish so much they dont even care if it does attack the other fish. its the new pride and joy of the tank. Lol

Sweet! So good to hear, by far one of my favorite fish. So much peronally! Thanks again for finding a home for her. I just now got my 120 gallon setup and bought a ball python last night, so I needed the space bad.

Thats cool. Like i said breefly i had two 125 gallons set up one aggressive and one reef. Alot of work but your water parameters are alot more easily controlled. I also used to have a baby ball python. Just be carefull when feeding. Petco told me to fee mice for a certain amount of time then move up to small rats. I followed their recomendation and feed a small rat when they said. And he was able to swallow it but it was to big and he regurgitated it back up. Then all down the belly portion on the under side it looked like blood was coming threw scales. He could not eat anything afterwards then died. They can live along time without eating so im sure it was a slow and painful death. Just thought id give that heads up.
