Unexpected death

Hey guys,
I'm not sure what's really going on here but I had a juvenile clown die on me in very short amount of time. It was fine at 4am this morning and as I write this at 12pm hes dead and one of my snails was turned upside down.

There are two clownfish, one fire shrimp, and 6 turbo snails in the tank. The water is at 78 degrees, salinity is 1.023, lights run 10 hours a day (orbit marine current led's). It's a 30 gallon cube.

Things have been going great for two weeks and Now this. The only other thing that has happened is the shrimp molted yesterday. My test perimeters are as follows: Ph 7.8, ammonia 0 , nitrite 0, nitrate 10-15.

The tough part is I didn't see any signs of distress and watched them when they ate. How many times should I be feeding these guys a day? I'm feeding frozen mysis shrimp right now and there is a ton of pods in the tank they are grazing on.

Also i did a 10% water change last week and need to do one again this week as my nitrates are a tad higher than I'd like.

Very possibly it had brook or ich. If it died in the tank, this is a problem. You should wait 72 days before introducing another fish of any species. If the other clown survives, still wait 72 days.

I don't know about phosphates as my kit doesn't have that but my filter right now is a emperor hob with a bio wheel.
