I ordered lighting equiptment form this company and was very unhappy with them, things ended up not being in stock when they said they were, keep getting the run around about when they would come in, when I did receive some of the equiptment the reflectors were missing. I ended up just canceling the rest of what I had wanted.
 
sorry to hear about your bad experience with them.
i have been useing MD for many years and the only bad experiece in tons of orders placed was a bad test kit by Seachem about a year ago.

they were not at fault, it was a manufacturer screw-up.

i called them and described my problem in detail and they said: "throw it away, and we will replace it with a Salifert ALK test kit free of charge, including next day-air shiping."
i will continue to use them for my future ordering.

once again, sorry to hear about your bad experience this one time.

BTW, i am not affiliated with MD in any way, shape, or form. just another avg. joe customer with my opinion of MD...
