Unicorn Tang Problem Fat but yet skinny

My Unicorn Tang looks like he's plugged up. His stomach is huge and you can see his bones on the sides of his body. What could be wrong.

I am not sure. However, you could call a local fish store in your area and ask for a "salt water fish expert" to help you with your problem.

That's pretty funning but when I go to my LFS's they ask me questions so what does that tell you.

What types of questions do they ask?

Do I know you and why are you asking me these questions? I want to know what was wrong with my fish, not what my LFS thinks.

Anyways, he's fine today. Maybe he just over stuffed himself with nori.

Tangs especially can get 'plugged' up on algae. Usually they know when to stop, but they are driven to keep eating. See this thread for reasons:

Vary the algae you use and add supplements like suggested in the above post.
