Unidentified SPS Pest?

So I searched around some and couldn't find anything that was what I saw with this little guy...

Randomly I've had a few pieces RTN on me over the last 6 months, it's not a water quality issue... I thought I might have a bored emerald crab but I could never catch him in the act, either way he met the end of a sharpened coat hanger.

Today I was fragging up a piece that had started the random mystery RTN and found this little guy at the base of the coral. I did the best I could with my Macro but it was still really hard to photograph. I'd say it was about .5mm in width and about 3mm long. To me it resembled more of a centipede or millipede...

Not sure what this little guy is friend or foe but I can't seem to ID it, haven't ever seen another one and everything else looks clean as a whistle.

It very well could be a harmless isopod but it just didn't looked different...

Large? It's .5mm thick and 3mm long lol.

I don't like the look of it. Haha. Have you tried dipping the pieces that are undergoing RTN? To me RTN is hard to confuse with a coral being chewed on by something. I would dip in Bayer and see what falls off.

There are a lot more coral pests out there than red bugs, and some of them are most certainly 'pods'. However, it's virtually impossible to say if this guy was an offender or an innocent bystander.
