Unique Peppermint Shrimp

Today I was feeding my fish and my peppermint shrimp when onto my hand! My cleaner always does this, but I was shocked to see my peppermint shrimp do it!

The other wierd thing is that I caught one of my peppermint shrimp the other night eating my sandsifting star. I didn't know they liked those.

Anyone else ever have luck with their peppermints cleaning their hands or having them eat your starfish, just curious?

I have Cleaner Shrimp, Fire Shrimp, Pistal Shrimp and Peppermint Shrimp. The Pepps are very quick to "swim" onto my hand and start picking at my skin. Usually around the cuticle or under the nail. Pretty cool stuff. Unfortunately my Pixie Spotted Hawkfish are one a few weeks ago and I think my Green Brittle Star ate the other after I moved him to my fuge for safety. I guess my fuge isn't too safe after all.
I'm just glad that my Pistal Shrimp hasn't tried to claw at my fingers! He has me nervous to stick my hand under rocks. I bet he could cut me down to the bone. He'll punch holes in Turbo Snail Shells even.
