what can i do to seal up a uniseal leak? was my first attempt at this btw

is the hole too low? i used the right dimensions..1 3/4 drill for a 1 " pipe

Did you use the correct size hole saw? It looks like the edges weren't cleaned up and therefore won't make a good seal. If pull the seal and use sandpaper to clean the edges then put it back together. I use uniseals for my 55 gallon barrel with no issues.

its leaking from bot side of hole where feals like there is a tiny gap like the hole saw cut was too agggresive...
i did not sandpaper..ill try

Without seeing the hole and knowing what size it is its impossible for us to come up with a solution that will work. Right now we are just guessing.

Also, how much of the pvc is going into the barrel? You at should have a couple inches inside past the seal

"to make a good Deal" and a good Seal arf arf
yep sand it smooth. Put a little silicone grease on it to help fill in any ittty bitty imperfection
