Uniseals leak on 55 gal barrel, how to fix?

using a 3/4" uniseal on 55 gal plastic barrel as part of my mixing station. I have a small leak behind one of the seals, just a drip at a time, what can I do to correct this?

I hate finding these things out late on a Sunday. No time to troubleshoot and try alternatives. Will try the reseat sometime this week. Didn't leave myself a lot of wiggle room to get pipe out.

Ya they are a pain in the .... to pull out and put back in. But once they seated well they seam to work very well

Got it out and tried to reseat, didn't help. Also tried wrapping with Teflon tape, that helped till I bumped it then drip drip. Should I start fresh with a new barrel. Pretty sure I know where I went wrong with hole saw, took it out while still spinning and nicked edge of hole, sanded down but it's just not perfect fit. I guess I could try upsizing the hole to 1" but that means waiting on uniseal order. Anyone know where to get these locally?

For future reference, you could also use plumbers goop. It aint pretty but it does really well for small leaks like that and it's somewhat removable when you need to change out the uniseal.
