uniseals

hi, im going to build a skimmer and like the look of the uniseals you guys use. i can only find one place here in the uk that sells them ,and they are £5 each. are they the same as something we call "grommets"? (sorry if you use the same word) ,as these are easier to get and a lot cheaper.
