We have these 2 mystery creatures that grew on our zoanthids a while ago. Does anyone have a clue what they are? They eat shrimp and are attached to the rock by a foot.

When they get big enough they break off and lay flat on the substrate

Wow thank you! I have been asking around forever and trying google searches and never found a match until now. Appreciate your help. If only it wouldn't have covered my best zoanthid rock!

You can gently break it free from the rock, and new ones will grow from the same spot!
