Search in this forum for "red planaria" "flatworm plague" or "flatworm exit."
No simple answer as they are photosynthetic and very prolific. The good news is, they aren't directly harmful. The bad news is they can start to block out light from corals and if they die in large numbers they can seriously stress/poison a tank.
Siphon out as many as possible during water changes before doing any other sort of treatment.
