Unlevel floor

I just moved into a new place with concrete floors that are not 100% level. The tank rocks like a chair with a short leg, is there anything I can put under the tank to help keep it level? I assume I cannot shove a couple coasters under the front right corner to fix this. Any suggestions?

Thanks-
Andy

my living room not exactly level in my old house so i cut out some cardboard to put under one size and filled tank up slowly and measure water level so i could adjust it so its within a 1/8" level good enough for me.

Mine is in the finished basement and not far from the drain in the fish room behind. Thus I have a pretty sloped floor to sit on. I've always used the door shims you get in a pack of a dozen or so for shimming doors/windows when you install them. A pack runs about a buck. You can even get plastic ones if you want. Try to give some support the whole length of the stand but you won't be able to get it perfectly even support. i.e. 1 at the middle maybe 2 on the ends. The rest is trust in the stand, just do your best.

I agree with mjpelikan or hard wood shims. Most door shims are soft wood which can compress over time.

I hadn't thought about that but that's all I've ever used. Never bought the plastic one. Most the stands are made of softwood too though so I'm not sure it matters too much.

i like the plastic/composite ones, cause when I spill water on them I don't have to worry about them soaking it up, mildewing, decomposing, etc...
