Remember the Frag Swap is on September 27th so we would ant to meet before then.

Normally we all meet at a restaurant or some place that has a banquet room for all of us and our families. As time gets closer we can discuss what this year’s plans are. Thanks for the offer; we will keep this in mind.

You may want to make a new post for the September meeting with the final date and time so people can make plans. I know some may not realize there is a meeting the same month as the frag swap.
