Updating AC3 web server

I have the latest firmware version and my AC3 runs great. The web server updates however, never installed to the AC3. Is there a way to just update the web server without installing the firmware? Like I said I have a perfectly happy AC3 and I don't want to take a chance at messing it up with a botched firmware update. I just want to be able to copy the latest web server files (*.xml, etc.) to the AC3. Any ideas?

Are you saying that you didn't load the updated web pages, or that the web page update failed?

The full firmware update process has 2 major steps... first is the firmware itself, and second is the corresponding web pages. In AC3loader.exe, there is a button for each step.

Re-run AC3loader, edit the IP address, port, and credentials as needed, then click the Update Web Pages button.

I'm thinking the web update part failed but it's been a while since I did it so I don't recall. I'm using 3.40S_6B09. Or at least that is what Reeftronics is telling me.
