Upgrade payments

Hi,

It has come to light today that some people that reserved P3 upgrade kits through progressive reef and also our own site GHL direct have not all paid. Emails are going out today to make contact in regards to the outstanding orders.

Please be aware if payment is not received by Friday even if you reserved right back at the beginning your upgrade kit order will be put to the back of the queue. If not paid at all by the 7th January your order will be cancelled and the discount will not be re applied.

We expect all orders to be shipped between 18th December and the 15th january, this is taking into account the second wave late ordering late paying clients.

I ordered the upgrade directly from GHL direct and they charged me for the shipping already but have not yet charged me the upgrade kit yet. Do I have to call and tell them or they just charge me when they ship it out? I beleive they should have my info theree...

I emailed them already but not heard from themmmm. I just hope I won't be able to recieve the upgrade.
 
Because of the massive work load we have sub'd out some of the upgrade orders to progressive reef, it was the only way of dealing with such a massive order work load and assuring swift deliveries, so give Spencer a call.

It all depends on when you ordered also, if you ordered late then this will be why they have not contacted you as you will be on the second wave.

The good news however GHL have moved our second wave date forward and it leaves the first working day after Christmas day and we "should" have them in week 1 of Jan
 
Its not on the GHL site ;) They are just helping us out so progressive reefs phone number would not be on the site

Sent an email to GHLdirect. I was charged for the pH probe I ordered simultaneously with the upgrade, but not for the upgrade itself, even though it is shown on the invoice. While I appreciate the upgradeability of the Prof, and the discount for the upgrade, the purchase process is a bit annoying ...
 
IF you ordered something with your ProfiLux upgrade kit such as a probe or anything else this will be shipped with your unit.

If by some chance you were charged twice for shipping which would be unlikely unless you placed two seperate orders this can be simply resolved by emailing us through the web site. By communicating with us we can rectify things.

I just ordered some accessory that will be included with the profilux upgrade kit and they ship out at no extra charge. Just have to call and talk to Spencer...He is a great guy to deal with...Great Customer Service....

Clients with outstanding payments have been contacted by email more than once and by telephone, these outstanding orders have now been cancelled.
