Upgrade possible?

I have a Tunze Pump 610_ working with a controler 7091 working now for a little over 5 years. I cannot read the last digit on the Pump however I do believe it is in the range of 3.000 gph, since it is doing a great job on my 120 Gallon tank.

My question is if there is any possibility that I can convert this pump to a magnetic holder? And if it is possible what arts would be required to make this modification?

My second question is I am considering the possiblity of going to a two pump system with a controler that would allow me to alternate between the two pumps. Would the 7096 controler be compatable with my present pump? and if I added a new 6105 to the set up would there any issues as far as the electronics? Also with the 7096 controler it is programed through a usb cable but once it is programed can it continue to run the downloaded program withouth maintaining the USB connection?

Assuming you stil have the arm 6080.400 and the post piece with hinge from the original hardware (6080.230 or 6200.230) you only need a magnet holder 6080.500 or 6200.500 based on glass thickness.

The 7096 would run your 6100 and a 6105, no problem. Once programmed, the USB cable is disconnected and only needs to be reconnected to a computer to change the settings.
