upgrade question...

I am upgrading my beautiful little 37gal reef to a 46gal bowfront (I know, not that much of an upgrade, but I'm excited). The lighting fixture that I bought for my new 46 is a 250w hqi and 2 x 96w pc, plus the lunars, for a total of 442w. I'm not real up on my lighting lingo or what's what with lighting, so I would just like to find out if this will be enough to successfully keep sps, clams, anenomes, etc. ?

That should be enough light for about anything, if it's a decent fixtgure at all.
