I'm transfering everything in my 24g to my new 65g. The 24g is barebottom but the new tank is going to have sand and base rock in it already. Is it safe to just move everything over at once or should I do it little by little?
You can move it all at once. Moving live rock always has some risk, but generally such switches are fine, assuming that any new rock, etc, in the bigger tank has been cured.
