I've got a pencil and purple urchin in my 60 gallon, love 'em, only downside: mine mow the coraline down. I don't supplement them on purpose; I have caught my purple urchin munching on my tang's nori.

I assume they both do as they both spend most of their time on the rocks and I have read that they mainly feed on coraline...
