Urgent help with Brooklynella

Hello, I have Brooklynella - see my thread http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2020500.

I lost 3 Barrier Reef Chromis and 1 Clownfish 36 hours ago and my remaining Clownfish just a few hours ago.

I purchased Formalin (37%). My questions:

What is the dosage for a 45min bath per gallon?
Do I need to treat all my fish even though they are not showing symptoms?

The info on the other thread is correct; there just isn't an easier answer. Your system has brook, not just a couple of fish. You MUST dose all the fish in QT,use directions on the bottle and let the DT go fishless. Brooklynella is one of the fastest, most efficient killers I know of. (Except for those great Navy Seals; but brook is far less selective.)
