URGENT help with Flame Angel

I woke up this morning to find my flame angel stuck to my seio. She's still alive but she's not moving too much. In fact she's holding her body at somewhat of an L shaped position. I put her in a quarantine but she doesn't look too good. She is still looking around like normal but she is breathing really fast. She did kind of jump around like normal when I picked her up out of the main tank to put her in the quarantine, but even now she's just kind of sitting there only letting the current move her. Is there anything I can do? Has anyone ever saved a fish that this has happened to or is it just a matter of time?

You can only wait it out and hope. Was there a guard on your powerhead? If not, this might be a lesson to do that. I had a tang get stuck before, but it was only for a few minutes. There might be internal bleeding or broken bones so hope for the best.

Yes there was a guard on the seio. She has swam by it a hundred times, I can't imagine her getting stuck this time. And I have no idea how long she was there... The last time I saw her was about 1 in the morning and I woke up about 10:30. I have seen other fish get stuck in powerheads and such before and they are extremely pale and look like they have been dead for a long time... her body really doesn't look all that bad except for the way she is hunched over.

Well..if you had a guard on and this still happened, I'd say your angel had to have been pretty weak for this to happen. I think even in a fish's near sleeping rest state, it should feel the suction. I was always worried before when I kept 3 fish in the sump waiting to be sold, but they never got sucked up by the return pump.
