Urgent please help! Brown Jelly on new Frogspawn?

Just picked up this guy last night. I didn't even notice the brown crap on it until I got home (must have been on opposite I was looking)

This is what it looks like today. Lights have been on in tank for about 5hrs now and it's a somewhat low flow area.

Think it's brown jelly? What would you recommend for treating it? I've got other LPS in the tank (a few hammers, thick branch frogspawn, torch) should I be concerned about their health now too?

kinda looks like brown jelly... if it is from my experience its bad....it takes off really fast ...you can try to separate the heads must of got damaged from when you was transporting it... but once its going i dont think you can really stop it...

I'm not really seeing brown jelly, but I agree that those areas are damaged tissue. The areas that look damaged appear to be where you'd expect the coral to lay hard against something. In other words... if you laid that coral on a hard surface, those spots would probably be where all the weight was supported. And if that's the case, the tissue isn't going to like that and probably tear.

I'd probably give it a day or two without touching it and see if it doesn't get better.

Ty for the advice. I didn't see the lfs bag it nor what it looked like closed up so I was pretty surprised when I got home.

It's looking a bit better now. Those rough areas are opening a bit and regaining color. Still the brownish film at its base and branch, not sure what exactly that is.
