Urgent: what now?!?!?!

My Majestic is now also looking really rough despite a QT w/copper since Friday, and doesn't look like ich/velvet which is what we believe my Display Tank had.

The rest of the fish (what's left) in the QT look OK.

Ideas on what this might be? Or is this just more Velvet issues? Looks like his tail fins are being eaten away

LFS isn't sure and suggested a formaldehyde bath and broad spectrum antibiotic in a separate QT to avoid issues with the copper in the QT.

Thoughts please, this is urgent!

From the fin rot, I would use Maracyn Two .. You could find that in most LFS .. is the fish eating at all? For cloudy eyes, I am not sure but I know there will be a thread on it.

No, barely eating if at all. What does that tell us? Is this Fin Rot then? I've heard of it but don't know much....

Definately a bacterial infection. The eyes are an indication of this as well. Furan-2 also works well.

OK, set up another QT tank (20 long) for the angel, dosing with Maracyn Plus. Fingers crossed but I doubt this one will make it either. Thanks for all the advice
