URI VHO bulbs and their 180º internal reflector

Being that they have the 180º internal reflector, how much is it going to hurt me if i dont have a reflector? Is there any place local to get a reflector??

You can get an Sola tube (sky light )extension tube from Lowes and cut it to fit, It is supposed to be the most reflective stuff out there.

You could try a local lighting place, but your best bet would be on line like from Champion lighting
