used 9015/9016 skimmer

I recently got a used 9015/9016 skimmer and I could not figure out what's wrong with it. Thanks for Roger, he was able to guide me and save me the trouble.

Normally, a vendor would say just tell the customer to spend more money for their new parts, so I was very surprise that a vendor would try to fix it for me instead of spending money on the parts. Roger was very helpful, an A++ customer support service

I must also say thank you. It is customers like you who make this job fulfilling. I do my best to hold to the standard of "do onto others as you would have others do onto you" and that is all their is to it. I want people to be happy with the product and have always believed that squeezing every penny out of someone for short term gain is not likely to win longterm loyalty that a hobbyist who is more successful and not frustrated will bring. I would rather make a sale because someone is pleased and setting up a new tank because they are successful and enjoying the hobby than have any other type of sale. I don't always win with this approach, sometime my effort to help or save someone some hassle is rewarded by an all caps email like "JUST SELL ME THE DAMN PART", but, my experience is that people with no patience are destined for failure in this hobby. Thank you, FWIW, I just replied to an email of the unfortunate type I just described, so this was very kind and appreciated.
