Used Mark II best place to look? (not ebay)

I'm looking to get a used/refurbished mark II now that the Mark IIIs are coming out.

Any suggestions would be great.

I would try Adorama, they update their used and refurb section once a week I believe. Some of the better photo forums have used sections also.

Edit: Adorama actually has a 1d mk2 refurb listed atm.

There are a lot of camera measurebators on there who upgrade to the latest camera as soon as it comes out. These same people probably never use their camera outdoors since that would blemish the camera.
